Refund policy

We want you to love your OOVO. If you don't, we'll make it right. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

30-day return window

Most OOVO products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Personalized or engraved items, and items marked "Final Sale," are not eligible for return.
The OOVO Care Kit, once opened, is not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email us at oovo@oovostraw.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

For US orders, return shipping is on us. Contact us at orders@oovostraw.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid USPS return label. Drop the package at any carrier location and you're done.

For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Once we receive the returned item in undamaged condition, we'll issue your full refund.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as a refund-and-repurchase. Return the original item per the instructions above, then place a new order for the replacement.

Warranty

All OOVO products are backed by a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims may be submitted by emailing orders@oovostraw.comwith photos and a description of the issue.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order cancellation by OOVO

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion before shipment, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, promotional code abuse, inventory shortfalls, or other reasons described in our Terms of Service. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
