Shipping policy

Domestic (US) shipping
We offer two shipping options for US orders:
- Free Economy via USPS (3–5 business days) — free on every US order, with no minimum.
- FedEx 2Day® expedited — calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Choose this option at checkout if you need your order in two business days.
International shipping
We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier (USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx). International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs and import duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are billed separately by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time (11 AM Central) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we'll contact you for a corrected address; reshipping costs may apply.
Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building staff, and your local carrier first. We'll work with you to resolve any issues. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier or for theft after delivery.
Order cancellation by OOVO
We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, including in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, promotional code abuse, or inventory shortfalls. See our Terms of Service for full details.
