SHIPPING METHOD & RATES
Orders typically ship the same day, but please note that all orders placed after 3:00pm PST will ship on the next business day.
Domestic USA Orders
We offer complimentary USPS First Class Mail Shipping for domestic orders over $75. For orders under $75, we offer USPS First Class mail shipping. Price varies according to location, provided at checkout prior to payment.
We offer Flat Rate $35 USD international shipping. Orders will be shipped UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on destination.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS
If you are shipping outside of the USA, your order may incur customs duty, fees, and import VAT/GST taxes. You may be required to pay this tax to the postal carrier before receiving your package. OOVO is not responsible for the collection or determination of customs duties or import VAT/GST.
Customs and duties are determined by the destination country. Please be mindful of your county’s laws, regulations, and taxes prior to ordering. Any unclaimed imported packages may be returned to OOVO and a product refund will be issued upon return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

- Domestic Returns: We’ll send you a pre-paid domestic return shipping label. The return must be sent within 15 days of receiving the return label.
- International Returns: We accept international returns, however international return shipping is not included. International shipping, VAT, or customs charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the return. Items must be in original condition free of damage beyond regular wear from use. Please note refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your account.
- Proof of purchase from OOVO is required for all returns and exchanges. To complete your return, we require a receipt directly from OOVO or an authorized OOVO distributor.
We are very proud of the quality and care that goes into every OOVO product. If your product is defective, we’ll work hard to make it right with the following warranty. All OOVO products purchased through an authorized OOVO distributor are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a product is defective and you follow the instructions for returning it, OOVO will either:
- Repair the product at OOVO’s expense;
- Send you a new product that is equivalent;
- Or refund all or part of the original retail purchase price of the product.
OOVO shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to OOVO. A replacement or repaired product will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
